Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Accessories and non-chemical products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and resellable condition. Chemical products, detailing liquids, and opened items are final sale and non-refundable due to safety and hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Special-order items and clearance products are final sale. To initiate a return, customers must contact us before sending any items back.
