KochChemie Heavy Cut H9.02

Heavy Cut 9.02 is an innovative machine polish designed for the fast reworking of heavily weathered paint, removal of deep scratches, and elimination of paint mists and sanding marks up to P1200 grit. Its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain provides high cutting power with excellent gloss, can be polished for extended periods without sticking, and produces low dust. Suitable for all types of paint, both soft and scratch-resistant.

Abrasion level: 9.0 | Gloss level: 6.0

Uses: Paint on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Recommendations: Apply in a crosswise motion with a rotary polisher and a lambskin pad (for sanding marks P1200–2500) or the Heavy Cut Pad (for P1500–3000 marks). Polish at medium speed and medium pressure. For the best finish, follow up with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01.
