XL Self-Centering Aluminum Safety Flange (5″ ID Wheels) - V2

Larger diameter self-centering safety flange eliminates the need for center reducer plates on airway buffing wheels with 5" centers. Custom CNC machined aluminum self-centering safety flange for use with 5" center buffing wheels. Fit adjusted has been adjusted to match Hilzinger buffs exclusively, forgoing Osborn (note that due to an error during machining the bottom inner ring is still a touch small but will not negatively affect centering); virtually eliminates vibration and assures quick mounting of buffing wheels. Mounts directly without the need for an arbor nut. Updated with mounting and centering rings on both plates to minimize potential vibration.
